Welcome to the RSMR Leeds Conference 2024
On behalf of the RSMR team I would very much like to welcome you to our Leeds conference.
This year the range of managers and subjects is just as compelling as it was for our first conference in 2023. We have continued with our theme of providing insights from managers that have not been on the main platform with RSMR before. We have a strong and wide base to our fund ratings and wanted to provide more access to managers and funds that are not as well known or used by advisers and distributors. We look forward to sharing exciting new perspectives and options with you from our range of rated fund managers.
We believe that it remains important to hold these conferences as it allows us to come together, face to face, to engage with the investment managers who run our assets, and to interact with clients and colleagues in the industry. We are grateful to be able to listen to the views of leading investors and to network with colleagues and friends. We are delighted you have taken the time to join us and hope you find the RSMR conference a truly worthwhile experience.

Dominic O'Connell
Our moderator for the day is Dominic O'Connell. Dominic is the business presenter of the Radio 4 Today Programme. He was formerly Business Editor of The Sunday Times, since 2010, and joined the paper in 2001. Before that, he was part of the launch team of Sunday Business. Under his editorship, the paper broke a series of big business stories including the news of BHS's pending administration, and previously the Pfizer bid for Astra Zeneca, the largest ever attempted takeover of a British company. As well as his role on the Today Programme, Dominic also appears regularly on Business Live on BBC World News and the News Channel, on World Service Radio business output, and contributes to the online business pages.
