Graham began his career in the investment industry over forty years ago and has since worked in senior roles in a number of financial institutions. After graduating from the University of Kent with a Degree in Economic Analysis, History and Policy, he joined London & Manchester in 1979 as an Investment Trainee. He later joined Phillips & Drew before gaining a position with GRE as a UK based fund manager. He then moved to Abbey Life Ireland, where he held the position of Chief Investment Officer and took personal responsibility for running their Managed and large Equity funds. Seeing an increasing need for unbiased and critical analysis of investment funds, Graham established his own research consultancy in 1992, working with both UK and Irish based distributors. In 2009, Graham began working with RSMR, where his insight and highly regarded reputation in the investment world is invaluable in the support of the RSMR rated funds service.
John is a member of Newton’s equity income team and is the lead portfolio manager for dividend-focused Large Cap Value strategies. John is responsible for creating the Income Stock strategy to meet demand from clients seeking attractively valued higher dividend income while not sacrificing dividend growth. He is also the lead portfolio manager for the Equity Income strategy, which emphasizes dividend growth stocks, and a senior research analyst on the Dynamic Large Cap Value strategy. John joined Newton in September 2021, following the integration of Mellon Investments Corporation’s equity and multi-asset capabilities into the Newton Investment Management Group. Before joining Newton, John was a senior portfolio manager and analyst at Mellon Investments Corporation and The Boston Company Asset Management (both BNY Mellon group companies). He has managed dividend strategies for the firm since 2005. Previously, John was Chair of Mellon’s Proxy & Governance committee.
Julian Cook is a portfolio specialist in the Equity Division at T. Rowe Price, covering the US Large-Cap Growth and Blue Chip Growth Equity Strategies. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price International Ltd. Mr. Cook has 27 years of investment experience. He joined the firm in 2016. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was the head of US Equity Sales in Europe for Morgan Stanley and Macquarie. He was also a US portfolio manager at Royal and Sun Alliance Investment Management.
Julie Dickson is an investment director at Capital Group. She has 29 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for seven years. Prior to joining Capital, Julie worked as the head of client portfolio management at Ashmore Group. Before that, she was the head of client portfolio management at Aviva Investors. She also held various positions at Axa Rosenberg, Mellon Global Investments, Barclays Global Investors and Merrill Lynch. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with concentration in finance from Cornell University. She also holds both the Investment Management Certificate and the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Julie is based in London.
Olivia co-manages Artemis’ US Smaller Companies strategy with Cormac Weldon. She studied English Language and Literature at Oxford University, graduating in 2006. She joined Threadneedle as a graduate in 2007, working in distribution for four years before joining its US Equity team as an analyst, covering Consumer Staples. She joined Artemis in 2014 as an analyst, covering Consumer Staples and Healthcare, and became a co-manager of the US Smaller Companies strategy in September 2022
